First at all, we need to understand that overwhelming is it basically start from ourselves (The Key Person), then goes to team members.
It happen to everyone who not clearly understand the system, rush to see results, outbreak the basic and in the end give up when the result was not at expectation.
If you find yourself was overwhelming, you must always think back, What is the main reason you join SFI, Who you want to become in SFI, Where is your goals in SFI, When you going to archive your goals and How you want to make it happen. These will maintain yourself on the right track in SFI.
As SFI members, we know that SFI had provide lots of useful information and knowledge for us to success and archive our goals, always refer to the SFI basic, the SFI basis is important to us but it also important to our team members, it is easier for us to groom our team members rather than we create own ideas to groom them, because SFI basic is the knowledge that can pass on from generation to next generation. Maybe new ideas much better than SFI basic,can gain more results, but it can't pass on, SFI basic will never change because of new ideas,and the SFI basic always easiest to follow, new create ideas maybe suit for us but not all team members, its possibility cause confuse to team members, in the end, overwhelming happen on team members, because they lost their way.
So in SFI, we no need to be too creative, we follow the SFI basic, use the knowledge to advance ourselves to achieve our goal, we can pass on the right guide of SFI basic to our team members for them to follow, everyone do the same as you do, when they achieve their goal, you get yours at the same time.It is the meaning of QUALITY DUPLICATION.
Here is the example:
From the 1st day you join SFI, you go to the TO-DO LIST as instructed, follow every task in the list, earn 500VP in 24hours, then you get reward 200VP, in total 700VP, from there, you visit your SFI account everyday to earn more points until you reach above 1500VPs in 30days, you make yourself an EA (Executive Affiliate), and maintain it for next following months and years.(Become EA2 after maintained the EA rank for two or more months.)
So you see, you are following SFI basic to achieve the level, when you start refer new members under you,you can easily pass out every step you gone through, guide they to become EA & EA2 as fast as you can. Your team member wouldn't get overwhelming when they just follow. Every human likes to find easy way, don't you think?
