I suggest them to follow carefully EVERY DAY their "to do list" and get qualified as an Executive Affiliate, accumulating at least 1500 Versa Points within their first days: https://www.sfimg.com/Home?section=ToDo
I often add an incentive to achieve the EA rank. Kind of: 'become EA within the end of the month and I immediately reassign 5 of my PSA to you, to help you get started in a very tangible way'.
That's the best way they can get all the answers they need, stressless, when they really need them, acquiring at the same time a correct vision of the business.
