The best way to do this is to make sure that we all understand what SFI is all about.
I usually stress to new team members and all other members that SFI is all about the START tab, SFI BASICS tab and the LAUNCHPAD tab.
For new members I usually try to ensure that once they are through with the above three tabs they move directly to the TO DO LIST tab and start on the GETTING STARTED ACTIONS at the same time reminding them that the DAILY ACTIONS need to be completed.
