A most interesting question. At original blush it is seem that you are not being rewarding but just getting stuck with non-active affiliates (PSAs) from your upline.
However, this is just one way to look at the situation. In assigning affiliates your upline may not be cherry picking or dumping non active PSA but merely rewarding you for the good work you have been doing.
It is a benefit to your upline to ensure that your reach EA status and maintain EA status going forward. Recall you are awarded 30VP for team mailing weekly. Without a team these points are lost to you. This is win-win situation.
The other and more beneficial way to look at the situation by considering your action one in receipt of these PSAs.
1. Team mailing for 30 VP points weekly
2. By team mailing your are building your experience and skill communication and motivating team members. This is great for demonstrating and building your leadership skills
3. With non-active you never know what will spark a renew interest in an online business opportunity. Find out what are the assigned PSA are interested in what are their goals for being online. From here you can promote the benefits of being in SFI
4. By gifting you PSAs, whether active or non-active your upline, is leading by example in showing you another way of building your team and encouraging duplication in your team. When you have a large enough team, your could implement the same or similar methods to promote great team-building effect and encourage active in your downline.
Finally, continue to mail and communicate with your downline. give encouraging support words and help them to see the benefit of being in SFI and how this business opportunity could change their life. Yo never know when a great affiliate is lying dormant.
At lot of people, join different business opportunities online initially as "tyre kicker". They are like a bee moving from one opportunities to the next. You can never know when they will come back to the hive that is SFI.
