Where I work, there is a sizeable population of expatriates who brought their families into the Country as part of their perks and benefits. What normally happens is that, they have their spouses stuck in their company provided accommodation with not much things to do on a daily basis. Common activities for the spouses staying at home were to drop off and pick up their children to and from the school. The spouses are most of the time free, doing nothing apart from occasional gardening if lucky enough residing with a lawn and not in a high rise condominium or apartment.
I talked to their husbands or both of them and talk about SFI. I am using a tablet that has Wi-Fi internet connection to be able to show them SFI website. Personalized approach is a lot better than by just sending emails and making phone calls.
Even during times spent at airports waiting for the flights, I make sure that I introduced SFI to friends and acquaintances with a readily available tablet to show them what are the benefits of becoming an affiliate of SFI.
