That is a very good question, I personally re-assign only active affiliates or affiliates who have just joined SFI. However, something to consider is that active affiliates can become non-active at any point. When this happens you should still try to motivate them to become active and be a good leader.
When you receive non-active affiliates from your Upline it can be beneficial to you because you will now have gifted PSAs to lead. You will have the opportunity to gain leadership experience in your SFI business by motivating a team, sending newsletters, team messages, stream posts and maintaining a leadership page.
While you motivate your team and try to assist them to build their SFI business, you will also learn more about the company. When you strive to lead by example, this will result in you becoming more successful in this business. So basically, you will learn and advance by helping your non-active and active PSAs by doing what you are teaching them.
You should remember that these non-active PSAs can become active at any point. They could decide to give the business a chance based on changes in their lives, new acquired knowledge about SFI or other reasons. You might also send the right information or ask the right questions to motivate them example, what their goals are or what area of the business they are interested in and how you can assist them in achieving their goals. Some persons are not interested in the leadership and team building aspects of this business. Send messages highlighting the different opportunities in SFI and TripleClicks to show them that they have options.
In addition, you will also gain 30 Versa Points for sending weekly team messages and 3 Versa Points for submitting at least 3 stream posts per week.
