This is an issue that many new affiliates face. I personally have had many decide to give up because they "don't understand" what is expected of them. After much thought on the issue I decided to compile an 8 pg "Getting Started" guide that outline the basics for them. I send a copy of this guide to all my new PSA's, CSA's and re-assigned CSA's to give them a leg up. If they can see the bare bones of what SFI offers then they have a better chance of giving it a chance. I also make sure to include helpful links at the end of the guide to various helpful places such as their VP ledger, the SFI Comp Plan and many more. I also stress that they are given not only a sponsor but a co-sponsor as well who are there to help them every step of the way. If they have any questions or concerns at all I urge them to contact one or both for assistance.
