I believe it is sometimes hard to develop a really good relationship with someone because of cultural differences. I find that words and word phrases can cause confusion and that often people relate better to someone from their part of the world.
I choose one of my PSAs that is active and has a great work ethic. Then I reassign affiliates from their country that I have not been able to successfully motivate. I am hoping that the new affiliate will find a sponsor that they can relate to and that the new sponsor will develop a diamond. This would be a wonderful situation for all of us. A truly win/win/win.
