Firstly, I went full steam ahead when I joined, (because I already had an understanding of Online Multi-level Marketing), as such I was not too overwhelmed.
As for my Team Members – I am always available to help anyone (Team Members, a2a friends, or anyone who asks). I break the processes for working the business into manageable sections, showing them where to find information on things they need clarification on – using the marketing tools, training modules, LaunchPad Lessons etc or directing them to books and websites that may help (I even created a website for anyone to use based solely on SFI and my journey).
I ensure that I make contact with each new Affiliate with an email welcoming them and introducing myself – it also explains the importance of Fast Tracking (receiving the boost of the 200VP bonus as well as the Badge on their homepage). I also include a challenge as well as an offer that I am always available should they have any concerns to contact me – I am here to help. Because of this I have been able to work closely with my Team to help them overcome the hurdles they face - as they occur.
My first email is below (and I am happy for anyone to use it – just change the names, dates etc to your details, and remove those portions that don’t pertain to your situation ie. Number of affiliates in your Team).

My name is ***** ***** and I am your Sponsor here at SFI. If you have any queries please contact me. I am here to help. This business is very easy to do and although I have only been working this business since the 16th Jan 2013, I am a Gold Team Leader with over ***** Affiliates.
