I dont think there is any advantage or benefit in getting non-active, reassigned affiliates because you have to really work hard on them to make them active.
However if you try to join some new affiliates , then it is easy to motivate them as this is new for them but those people who have already quit or never login here , it is very very difficult to motivate or convince them to do some work.
Dont waste your energy and time for some people who are not serious about this.
