Getting experience writing and sending team mail - I have actually gone through each member and sent a personal team message in their language using Google Translate. A few have become active again because they now understand what needs to be done.
Getting extra VP for using the different mailers.
Having your own, bigger down-line - this is a huge accomplishment(You apparently did something right to get them).
No matter how they were gotten or if they are active or not - You still have them.
Learning more about SFI - You have to know more to be able to teach others about the business.
Commission - The ones that do decide this business is for them and become active will make you money!
