This is a wonderful question indeed...
Personally, I feel there are many advantages to such reassignments...
The most important ones are...
1) Getting PSAs requires much effort or much money investment on your part in the first place and, in this case you are absolutely getting the same type of PSAs results... most of them do nothing; meaning that it is a true gift from your Sponsor as you did not have to work or pay to get them... you should be THANKFUL for getting them.
2) Since in a business like SFI it is very often a question of establishing a wonderful relationship with our team members, our PSAs; and, since we are all people with different ways of thinking, with different affinities; it is quite possible that somewhere you Sponsor is not able to really get in touch with a PSAs that you could be able to; you could have more affinities with that person or find the most appropriate way to reach out to him/her and succeed at bringing him/her to work successfully the business... this is a wonderful opportunity for you to try and maybe succeed where yous Sponsor have failed before you.
3) And, finally, you absolutely never know when a change can happen in someone's life that could bring him/her back to working the business and maybe becoming one of your top leaders while he/she was doing absolutely nothing before. Again, this is a potential opportunity in the waiting that could become very beneficial to you!!!
Open your arms to these reassignments and be Thankful as they might change your business and your life someday... sooner or later ;-)
