There are so many instances where inactive members suddenly become active and go on to become Leaders.(the bulb suddenly flashes in their head that SFI is the REAL BUSINESS)
You must regularly send a Team mail explaining the benefits and simple strategies to grow the Business every few days to all your downline even if they are inactive because you never know which mail will change the mind of an inactive affiliate and he/she starts seeing the Big Picture. From that point it is only a matter of Time before they go to build a big Team and become successful, You will feel very HAPPY for having received them from your UPLINE. Do not expect this from too many inactive members.
There is one more advantage. When you are sending regular Team mail some inactive member after reading your mail may point out some mistakes or doubts to you and try to justify their being inactive. You must try to understand their point of view and see if there really is something that can be done this may convert them into active members and also help you understand better which will help you in growing your business.
You can always try new methods in mails that you send to inactive as it really does not matter.
The strength of your Genealogy increases if nothing else.
Your inactive member may find you more helpful than your upline and may become active.
