When it comes to using offline methods to recruit affiliates there are a number of different venues you can look at. Posting tabbed flyers at local businesses; such as laundromats, stores, post offices or even unemployment offices would be a good start. Advertise through clothing (such as a jacket with your link on it) or other materials (such as coffee cups, pens, etc...). Posting ads in local papers, shoppers penny savers, etc... is another route you could take. Talk to local business owners about handing out gift cards or promotional flyers to their customers. Placing flyers in all outgoing mail no matter where it is going will reach a larger variety of people. There are hundreds of other ways that you could advertise offline, you merely need to be creative and you will land on the niche that is just right for you.
