It depends from person to person.
1 - It is best to start from the immediate environment :
- Friends,
- Relatives,
- Acquaintances,
- Neighbors
- Acquaintances from school,
- Acquaintances with the study,
- Acquaintances from work
- Acquaintances from cafes,
- Acquaintances with recreation (volleyball, tennis, soccer, fitness ...)
- Family dentist,
- Family physician,
- From the neighborhood butcher,
- A carpenter from the neighborhood,
- Locksmith ...
It is a big list of potential members of your team that you can animate off line.
2 - Posting flyers or banners in local magazines.
3 - SFI Gift Cards distribute them to the people you feel will take them seriously.
4 - Leave or give X-Cards at place you visit like restaurants, doctors' offices, grocery stores, shopping malls, public meetings, public transport, taxis, etc...
How to know who could do this job?
If you do not offer you never know.
And you are not doing the selection or elimination, because you never know in where shells is hidden a jewel.
