This is a very good questions. There are lot of ways to recruit SFI Affiliates Offline.

1. Referring to Friends/Relatives.
2. Distributing Gift Cards.
3. Distributing Pamphlets.
4. Newspaper Advertisements.
5. TV Advertisements.

I have tried couple of them. I have found that Referring SFI to Relatives and Friends as the Best. Since we know our friends very well, its easy to convince them. This is just what i have felt. It might not be the same for all. So the Best Marketing tool may differ from person to person.
