I can't imagine why anyone would do something so impersonal. I see Gery Carson responding to people all the time, and I guess he has more referrals and questions asked than anyone.
I use the auto-responder here only for when I'm not available to immediately greet a new PSA or CSA, but I always follow through as soon as possible.
I realize that a number of you have huge down lines, but not all are active. Remember, you asked them in one way or another to join us so they expect a real person to communicate with them.
