The best advice I ever got from my up line was: "Read, read & re-read". I love to read about SFI and I find that reading just one or two things a day in the forum or stream, helps me more than trying to overload my brain up front. I still find things here daily that surprise/help me. I found that rushing through the information just causes problems later.
