I do it in a social platform and never specify any country of choice. Why? The leader board in SFI clearly shows that its a complete global job which depends on Individuals not their Location.
But as per your question, I feel USA , India and UK are the places i will recommend. Because i find most of the active affiliates are from these countries. Its not the number of affiliates we have, its the number of quality affiliates we have matters. So my recommendation is above three countries
