One word comes to mind on this question: "NEVER!!" Would you want someone to give up on you if you couldn't make it in SFI? No. Then never ever give up on your CSAs or PSAs who don't respond to messages or do anything. If they're still interested, they'll get their act together and get back into the swing of things.
