Best answer is: don't bother them, they are probably asleep. To expand then: First of all My advise is that You shouldn't be sending any emails to anyone unless it is one that is a Welcome to SFI letter. Then wait for any email or TM You may receive from them
before responding to their question. BECAUSE, if You are sending emails or TM's to CSA's. or PSA's to try to get a specific kind of response to something emphasized by You, You are effectively crippling Your prospect. Why?: because Your prospect will think that You alone are the source of how SFI works.
