As much as it irritates talking to someone who doesn't respond, i will give you my word today because i have been through that and not only with my CSA or PSA but in my personal life.
I used to shout and yell at my 14 year old nephew everyday until 5 years later when he was 21 years old everything was the way i wanted them to be, i wasn't shouting or yelling at him anymore and it came to my mind that he didn't understand why i was expecting him to do things the way i wanted him to do.
So for you my partner never give up on them and never shout or yell like i did but instead give them all the reasons why they should be working and trust me after while they will come back and surprise you.
