You may give up the personalized individual communication but keep him in your general communication. Because in reality there are so many reasons why they don't respond or do something.
1) They might be facing personal problems. Who can attend to SFI if you are battling with a recent divorce for example?
2) There are just people who are slow learners.
3) They are sick
4) they are full convince yet that its worth the time.
5) They might in assignment where no internet connection.
We think of so many reasons... Just keep them there your genealogy because the reality is you can not also remove them from your list hehehehe..
