Being a leader of a team is all ready a challenge and even more so when there is a lack of communication from any one of your team members. Lack of response from a PSA or CSA is hard not to take personally but at the same time is a way for a team leader to review what motivates members of the team. This challenge is actually an opportunity to let the team leader develop new skills as a leader as well as improve upon what is all ready working. I would encourage continuation of professional communication as time will come when a connection will happen. Carnegie said it best, "Many communicate but few connect". Use the tools that SFI has to offer to be the best servant leader you can be. Ultimately, if a member chooses not to respond now does not mean that they are out of SFI; support team members to see the value that SFI can add to their lives..this will be the key to making the connection you are wanting to have.
