There are several things you can do. First, set up your new greeting. Then, send messages that you feel are current or up to date through the Stream, PSA Mailer, CSA Mailer and the Genealogy Mailer. It's vitally important that you send personalized, up-to-date messages. For example, when a new feature is added to TripleClicks or on sfimg.com, then send a message about news items or even something you found at the Forum that might interest your teamm. Other than that, you need to contact affiliates individually and personally with any response to questions affiliates may have, unless numerous affiliates have the same question they need answered. You might even write to your affiliates about something you did to anser an affiliate's question, just so others might benefit, in case this comes up in the future. I hope this helps.
