One thing I like with live chat is it is displayed very prominently on the other end. And id very noticeable even by those who are new in SFI. With this feature, I use it to communicate urgent and important messages to my PSA's like they have to take advantage of the 500 bonus points in 24 hours. and also with my CSA's. I use it very often when I visit each of my PSA and CSA and have some suggestion for indidvidual affiliates I immediate click that chat logo and send an offline message. I usually get a response compared to messaging and sending email. I also use it for the same purpose to ask question to my up-line.
There need for improvement however about this live chat, It seems that messages didn't go through immediately. Probably if SFI would add an audio to it the better.
