First of all, let me stick to the question and give answer for it.
SFI Live Chat is a very good concept in SFI.
One of the best mode for communication.
1) Suppose you've got a new PSA. He/she is online and trying to understand the system.
At that time you can use Live Chat to connect to them and teach them personally as much as possible and necessary for them at that time.
2) After that, when your downline has any query or needs any minor help and you both are online, they can instantly get your help and get to work again which is very helpful and time saving use.
3) You can contact your own upline members whenever they are online to get in to contact immediately .

BUT I would also like to mention some demerits of Live Chat.
1) Sometimes, the messages are not successfully sent to the person online.
2) Its a very small yellow bubble at the homepage due to which new affiliates usually reach till there after some time.
3) It does not have any feature of chat history, which sometime may lead to half communications. This has happened with me...
