It's a question ,that i was thinking to raise for long now. and thanks to Mr.Anwar Douqa , who gave me a perfect platform to put my feeling's on place.
I love SFI and I love all the features available in this site ,except one thing and that is SFIM ( SFI's Live Chat)feature.
My experience about this feature is ,that i lost few PSA's due to this feature.
No alert chim or any other tool, by which we can be reminded about someone being online to us for chat. or if i try to chat with my PSA's ,they never replies.
It always goes unnoticed and it's very frustrating when you message someone and he or she do not respond. But i can't blame them ,because i understand ,they may not have noticed it on time.
Same thing happens to me also. I always am unable to notice them at right time and just imagine , a new member ,who joined just now and using SFIM to chat with his sponsor with a hope of getting help from him. And the sponsor do not reply to there question. not because sponsor is ignoring them , but because he is busy with some other activity and he did not notice ,if some one is online asking for help.
It happened to me quite few times.
I would request all the concerned members to upgrade this SFIM feature as it is used in FB or other social networking site.
Once upgraded ,it will be a great help to sponsors like me and newbies who eye's towerds there sponsors for help instently.
EDITOR'S NOTE: We have been working on a new alert for SFIM. This issue will be resolved very soon.
