Dear Team,this is a very important aspect of growing on SFI; but very difficult decide due to following:
1.Unless you have personally selected/supported an Affiliate,keeping them MOTIVATED is a challange.
2.Affiliates,who do not check mail or visit SFI,after enrollment,very difficult to bring back.
3.Affiliate,who start well,but looking for QUICK RESULTS,give-up n don't come back.
So, the answer is to build your Team with GOOD/ACTIVE Affiliates n keep them in good nick by following:
1.Guide them to WAVE3,E365 n IAHBE to start learning in small steps...:)
2.Nudge them by offering TCredits in contests,to participate in 'Price Bender Auctions'...very interesting(Even if they Don't WIN)!!
3. Encourage them by transferring Affiliates to Build-up their 'Own Team',its a Great feeling...will keep them Walking Fast to Leadership!!!
