I let the badges speak for themselves. In other words you don't need to talk about them all the time to your downline. They will see your badges and they will find out how easy or hard it is to receive the same rewards. Then they will respect what you have earned.
I use the badges as some of my stepping stones to the top - acquiring the badges are goals that have been met and I am proud to have earned them. even after acquiring one like the top 10 in class - My goal is to get to be number one in my class. My goal in the versa point top 500 is to make it to the top 100 and then hopefully to the top 75 or 50.
I don't know if there is a badge for the top 100 in the nation - when I make that I just might make my own badge. LOL.
I believe that the affiliates who are ECA's should be given a badge also. We need to flood headquarters with a ton of suggestions that badges be given to our ECA's . The more ECA's we have the more product selection we gain - that means more money in every-bodies pockets.
