I use the VP info in my genealogy report to see who is active and who is enthusiastic. I will recognize the enthusiastic ones in my Leadership Page blog and I might sometimes mention them in other communication I have with my PSAs and CSAs.
I use the info also to motivate and inspire myself to greater action! That info makes me realize how importance it is for me as a leader to set an example for my team and also to find ways to encourage, inspire and otherwise coach and train them for SFI success.
