As a new Team Leader, how do you know when you have enough PSA's to reassign to your downline?

It's a good question. I believe that when you have five serious affiliates who work every month you can do reassigned to the extra to help your affiliates. However I noticed that if you fail to do your commission sales is very small and if you have affiliates to buy the TC work about nothing. I hope my answer will be satisfactory to you, but remain of the opinion that all the work you just you and not the answers you get here.
How would you convince an affiliate giving up on SFI to continue in the business?

When I see that an affiliate has no business trying to contact him to find out the reason that led him to discontinue its activity in SFI and maybe we can fix the problem. voucher I think of you constantly in touch with affiliates is very inportant.
At some point it becomes boring but if you want to win you have to promote and to promote this business. To have a clear goal. To sell.
