Two main requisites: visibility & credibility. You have to be present everywhere and
considered a reliable source for help, advice, new ideas, briefly being creative and supplying
valuable content. Ask why bloggers with capital B are able to sell whatever they want and have
swarms of raved fans. Then it's your concern where to direct the interests and energies of the
people following you, in marketing they talk of your "list", but I do not like the work, it gives the
idea of unaware people ready to be manipulated. So,we come to a team, and a real team is hard
to be built but it's the real form of success, all the rest is secondary, a mere consequence. So let's welcome people at SFI and motivate them to the best.
