There is no universal way to motivate someone to become an affiliate in SFI! But one thing is certain - the sincerity and truthfulness of what we say can run someone on this job. One must immediately at the beginning to get the right information, without twisting - which does not mean that we will not be tactical, but open.
Consider it as a young plant that needs attention, food and water! Everyone we have approached in his own way, until he realizes it will work!

How can I get my affiliates to understand the importance of communication in SFI?
Communication is always the best way of communication between the sponsor and his PSA or CSA, because it directs its sponsor and lead to the desired goals, and that progress in business! When we ourselves show a friendly attitude - that we are co-workers - on the same mission - then and he (affiliates) opened to you. Sometimes it is enough to send the e-card, and the person needs to send more emails, but you must always sense just warmth and hospitality in SFI. This, it is our associate (with no experience) and as such we need to accept and show that is always welcome, no matter how we might his questions, was awkward and clumsy handed!
