People are different in the way they think and do things. I think to effectively recruit someone into your SFI team firstly establish a common ground where your can start a fruitful conversation with him/her. Conversation should be aligned in such a way that it leads to making money online and internet marketing where you can bring up the concept of joining SFI.

Discuss the advantages of joining SFI such as its free, compensation plans, and levels of benefits with respect to the ranks (AAF, EA, BTL etc).
