Your first question is "WHEN".
The best time is now. Everyone should start preparing for it as early as possible. It require planning and takes much time to get thr result. By doing so you set up the plan which does not mean that you must retire. You just secure your future. When we buy insurance for vehicles it does not mean that accident will happen and also in case of health insurance. It is not necessary that we will go under treatment.
Here also you should start from now to recieve a residual income in case of your retirement.But I would suggest you not to retire as far you are able.

Your second question is "HOW".
So you have to build a big team. Directly you have good team leaders as PSA. System says for 5 good PSA. But you should recruit as many as and good team leaders must be more then 5 in numbers.Teach them the method of duplication. They should become DTL before you retire. I am saying more than 5 because in case if one loses his/her DTL rank then you have another to fulfill your requirement. Lastly you should follow "RULE OF SUCCESS" and teach them for it.

Being EA2 is also a milestone in itself. Your next objective should become BTL by this month.

You can get mimimum 12 VP free from your daily action.
This means 12×27=324VP

You may have enough Tcredits to bid in auctions. By doing so you can earn 5 or 10 MRP and 1VP with each bid placed.
26 tcredit=minimum130 MRP.
126MRP =102 VP+1Tcredit
So 26 Tcredits =102+26= 128 VP.
You can win packs of MRP with investing small amount of Tcredits.
You can also earn 1VP playing any EZ game with a Tcredit spent.
You can refer any PRM to earn 300 MRP.
378 MRP=306 VP.
You can also earn VP,MRP or TCredits from Daily crown and Daily grand.
You should recruit many members as PSAs to expand your group which leads to a successful future.

Micro auctions are newly introduced to SFI with lots of scope.
As the name suggest "MICRO", these are the small auction means the price and quantity of item is low. Here the auction duration is also low.So this is a great advantage to win because winning bid ends at low due to low actual price.

To win in these auction one should follow these simple things

1)Dont bid initially and wait for someone to bid as you can get more time to place your bid and you can save your Tcredit also.

2)Dont bid untill there are little or one participant remaining other than you.

3)Wait upto last time because any other person may bid . So you can save a Tcredit each time.

Buying PSAs is a good idea.
From my opinion, there is not any specific time for buying PSAs.It depends on you whenever you want to expand your team. When you can not involve your self in marketing at that time you can buy PSAs.
PSAs help you grow your income. You earn matching VP from them.You may have PSAs as well as CSAs . The important thing is that how you are dealing with them and how are they responding to you. You have to give them quality support so that they can do well. Our success directly related to their success.
