To build a successful SFI business, how much should I rely on my sponsor?

To build a successful SFI business or any other business, reliance must be on one's self. Your sponsor is the one who perhaps introduced you to the SFI business, but not the one who has all the answers. If he or she is is relatively new in the business, they too are seeking answers themselves.
The best way to become successful in your SFI business is to learn everything you possibly can about the business on your own. Do this by reading the mass of resource materials that are at your disposal. SFI has made available everything needed to be successful in this business. It does however require work and effort on your part.
Questions will arise; when they do, you have your sponsor and their up line you can go to. Additionally, you have us, the SFI Community, where you're sure to find answers to your questions. We're a team. "Team Work makes the Dream Work."
To answer your question,"To build a successful SFI business, how much should I rely on my sponsor?" Very little if any. It's all about self reliance.

What do I say to an affiliate who complains he's not getting as much out of SFI as he's putting into it?

To the Affiliate who complains he is not getting as much out of SFI as he is putting in should be told, that he gets out what he puts in. Remind him that there was no investment to start his SFI business, and every conceivable business tool has been provided for him to use to help him become successful. SFI is not an overnight get-rich-scheme program, but a real business that must be built from the ground up. Every successful business took time, work and perseverance.
The length of time this Affiliate or how much time and work he has put into his SFI business was not revealed. But to build any business takes commitment, time, dedication and much work. SFI is no exception.
Personally, I can say that I began receiving income from SFI my very first month, which has been increasing every month since. I've been having so much fun, I might add!
