First of all be warm-welcoming and kind !
Lets be honest,
when someone joins SFI its most often confused and hard to make a good affiliate. In so many joint candidates ( as I call the newbies ) big percentage do not even complete fully their affiliate profiles. That means that the FIRST CONTACT with your PSAs and CSAs is THE MOST IMPORTANT of them all. There you can see your good managment skills.
1. Assure your new affiliates that this is an organisation with HONEST, hard working and generous men with REVOLUTIONARY IDEAS for the global marketing.
2. YOU MUST tell them that this is not some quick launch- quick earn program, but this is a program in which everybody has to prove his/her capacity for work, marketing skills and wish for prospering in this job between so many others in that rank. With other work MOST IMPORTANT NOTE is to tell them that this is not FAST MONEY MAKE SHOW ! You have to make them be serious and dedicated to this job !
3. Have friendly access and make them know that you are fully 24/7 support and ,,helping machine"
4.If there are some affiliate centers in your contry let them know, give them your facebook/twitter groups , starters videos and CONVINCE THEM THAT THE LAUNCHPAD IS THE MOST IMPORTANT LESSON ! When they start reading the lessons they will be fairly familiar with the SFI.
5.Let them know that with investing you can have your payback quick with your hardwork.

Thats it... Most importnat, again I will say, is to be kind and warm with your affiliates, assure them that you are always there for them, make them sure they will always have the best support of a good, well informed and positive person !!

First of all it is always good to invest in your busines . They say there is a rule which says: if you are not ready to make risks you are not ready to make money. Beacause this is program wich has a high trading standards and investments is it good to proove that you are able to spends some cash and your not affraid to make good marketing-managment investments too. With that you can start assuring SFI community that you are serious with your job and on the other hand, you are accelerating your improvment faster ( I see that as a reward). After all money investment is ALWAYS good if you are ready to invest in any kind of business- nothing comes for free.
But ! If you are engaging into any kind of prosperous/no prosperous business you MUST spend time and energy ! Otherwise your investment goes waste and wont be acknowledged by the possible costumers. Your attention and hard-work is the first condition for success in any kind of work.
My personal advice is :
1. Do not be affraid to invest- you invest in your own future !
2. If you do so, your building your own business which MUST haYe capacity and prosperous future- ( YOU CAN ECURE THAT ONLY IF YOU ARE PART OF IT AND IF YOU STORM WITH IDEAS AND WORK)
3. You will succeed if you get everyday working routine after settling up and payback your investment.
Bottom line :
GO ahead and invest in your business, BUT ONLY if you have time to spend. 20-30 min. a day wont interrupt anything but will help you aid your investment and build your business future !
INVEST TIME + INVEST MONEY = SURE SUCCESS !

You have to tell them that Eager Zebra games ( if though it doesnt seem like that) are good booster and CAN HELP THEM EARN GOOD PRICES even if they dont think like that. Gamblers would have loved this ! It is very important to tell SFI affiliates that most of the games are gambling, prediction and quzies, so that will be at first hand very funy - EAGER ZEBRA GAMES ARE THE FUNNIEST STUFF TO SPEND SOME TIME IN TC ! That is a good point, they can relax playing the games and connect with other players.
-You have to be honest and tell them that when you spend TC credits you can earn very good prizes + make a not that Card King is a VERY GENEROUS GAME !
-You must make them participate in the T-Time competition and explain how good can that be for them.
- Speak to your team members about hybrid combination of acts that result earning VP and other TC prizes and how is that important about general SFI improvment which includes PARTICIPATION IN EAGER ZEBRA GAMES.

First of all little joke : GRANDMAS AND GRANDPAS ARE THE BEST ! ^_^
That means you can use their kind temper to listen to you well and give them your best advices!
Let them know that they are (according to me ) best qualify for this job. They have some kind of even small amounts to invest in SFI and for sure (as every retired person) want to make a good money with no hard effort. This program is perfect for them. They have to spend good time of their (for sure) no busy day and be a good workers.
BUT WE HAVE A PROBLEM, most of the senior citizens ( at least in my country) are not very familliar with the computers, lap-top, tablets etc. So if i try to convince my grandpas in the goods of SFI that will be hell of a stuff. They will be willing to help me at their best but they can not go foward accomplishing their profiles and spend much time. In the third world countries you can not even find senior citizens who posses their own PC. So, to be honest this is a very hard mission. Honestly... The seniors in my country never ever used computer ( only 5-10% of them all) so this will be very hard if I try this. But to the affiliates in more developed countries: GO FOR IT ! The psychological profile of the senior citizens ( asspecialy the retired ones) means high rate success ( if you are good marketing and people resources manager ofc. ). If you convice them and make good working plan for them explaining good what SFI an TC means-> you have one of the best kind affiliates in the world ! :)

I want to tell you that as much as you giving a hard work as much you earn you goal. What does it mean : if you create a page with invitations for your team, you can not expect self promotion. You have to send the page to every one you know, try to visit internet forums where this kind of topics are popular, talk with some one that is specialist in area. And of course i will give you the advice that is most popular - USE SOCIAL MEDIA ! I can say that this is far the best choice to promote your business. If you have cash to spend on prestige domain I would advice you to spend your money on advert. and promoting a social media page on which you're going to explain yourself, SFI, blog, gateway-> and you have new PCAs. Trust me THIS WORKS !

First of all , there are 2 types ( according to me ) how can you see the ,,SUPERSTAR".

1. Member that since the very start submits questions in the SFI community, listens EVERYTHING you say , goes step by step, learns and implements the knowledge, starts giving lots of ideas, cooperates in the team activities , have a faith in SFI program, follows your steps and sees you as a role model. this is the PATIENT, LONG TERM LEARNING, OBEDIENT, EXPIRIENCED SUPERSTAR type
2. Member that since the very first days starts like ,, reckless beast eating out the AVP" . But you can have some more of them, the real ones you can spot when you see that they start buying stuff from TC ( NMP for example). They start building team very fast, they make pages and promote those ones since the first days, you can feel their ambition everywhere + proved on the VP Ledger. So those ones achieve TL status in the first week, and they have knowledge according to their risk, but you as their sponsor MUST give them more attention and be there for them 24/7, motivate them, boost them if you can.this is the AMBITIOUS, FURIOUS , INVESTMENT MAKER, BIG MOVER/WINNER type
