I choose friends for success in this business, figuring that we can be helpful in my future work in the best company. We all need help, and especially those of us who are at the beginning. Recommend daily communication and monitoring activities through Genealogy. By e-mail to recall the daily tasks and all the other tasks that bring versa points. Form a group on the social network (Facebook, Google+, Twitter...) through which communications will be much easier, so that all members see recommendations, suggestions ... It is very important everyday communication!!!
