Tell them that you can earn money while sit in front your computer,without waste the energy.
If possible ask them to accompany when you are working,show them how the way to work online.Your patience is needed,but assure your self slowly but surely you will get the result.
If your prospect far away ,you can send email with pictures and give instructions step by step.
Don't forget to leave short message if they have problem they can contact you.
What Information should I give new affiliates in my first email to them?

First give them your link (marketing Methods)
Explain to them how they need to get start (sign up) give them all detail they need to ease there work, like how they will do there To Do List and dairy action, explain about the Lauchpad, give every detail you can. that will help them a lots, This is the most important info you should give to new affiliates.
