I do not think that you could ever help a fellow team member or affiliate too much. However, you have to be able to maintain professionalism and a fine line between friendship/business. Obviously it is causing you undo hardship, mental, emotional, or stress it is too much. If you are in a sitiation with a certain affiliate that causes a financial burden then that is obviously too much. Being a team mean support and leadership. Motivation and guidance are very important to a teams success. Sometimes a conversation of how you think things should be would definetely lay it all out on the table. Maybe try that tatic first. If nothing elae distancing yourself may be the only way unfortunately. Good luck.
