Hello Sharon. To answer you on how to manage a large number of active downline, I would propose that you use the genealogy report in the Hot Spot tab. If by active you mean the frequency of login to the SFI Homepage (https://www.sfimg.com/Reports/Genealogy?lg=t) for example, then you can use the various filter options genealogy report to define whether you want to focus on the CSA or PSA by date of their login, etc. If you want to communicate to your defined group, then click on the communication tab and send a group mail to your now target downline.

When a person joins SFI, what things are the most important for him or her to do?
I would highly recommend that first he/she should not be in a hurry to know everything otherwise the information about SFI and the training could be overwhelming. One need to follow the following steps:-
1. Reply to the welcome note from your sponsor and ask any questions that you may have.
2. Read the SFI Basics as guided.
3. Follow the Daily Launchpad. Here you get very useful tips on how SFI operates
4. Daily log in and carry out the daily, weekly and monthly tasks as they fall due in the To-Do List. Also go through all the red tabs in you SFI Homepage. Spend time at Ask SC Tab to get some more insights on SFI.
5. After a month of familiarization, it is time to start focusing more on your SFI business as a real business. Invest on promoting your business through Standing Orders at TripleClicks for a total VP of 1500 and getting yourself to Executive Affiliate level. This way you will get yourself to a path towards great future earning.
6. Inspire your affiliates to follow your path to grow their business.
