Yeah SFI is all about motivating!
That is THE key!

You cannot forget that this is a business. People know that in every other business they have to spend (invest) money.
So you are not greedy! You just let them know that it is the best way to grow a business from scratch.

OK you don't ask them to get a standing order. But you will let them see the benefits of a standing order.
Just by setting example.
If you yourself don't have a standing order, why should they have one?

They can see your status. So be sure you are a good example.

This business is not a quick rich thing. So you have to treat it like that.
Don't tell people if they invest money they will get the return real fast. But only if they are persistent.

And hey, any other business needs time to grow. And will cost a whole lot more.

Just support every PSA and CSA as much as you can.
Learn them to DREAM, ask them the goals.
They will learn that is is neccesary to invest.

A wise man said: Build it and the people will come...

I believe that people become inactive because they don't have a dream!

We are so used to work for a boss, who tells us what to to and when to do it.
For a lot of people SFI doesn't seem like a business. If they see it IS a business, they will become active.
It is a business and should be treated as a business.

If you have the possibility to sit with your PSA's, explain them that it is THEIR business.
Talk about what they want, what they want to achieve. What are their dreams!
Let them write down their goals.
If they see the goals everyday, they will take action to get there!

The goals can be set very small, there is no need to set them.real high, but with little goals they will see that it is not so difficult to get them.

Remember:
WHEN THE DREAM IS BIG ENOUGH, THE FACTS DON'T COUNT!

Great question!

First of all, you can not force anyone to be commited!

What I do is let them see what the possibilities are in this business.

I will ask them what the reason is that they have joined. Mostly it is that they want to earn extra money on an easy way.
Then I will explain that there is no such thing as an easy way :-).

I will let them write down what they want in life.
What are the dreams?
- what car would they want
- what house would they like to have
- how much do they want to earn monthly, yearly...

If someone writes this down, then I would break that in little steps. I will show them that the little steps are easy to get.
Step by step they will become more active in this business.

Show them that this has to be treated like a business, because it is.
Many people are not used to be in business for themselves, so we have to help them.

Talk about the dreams they have as much as possible. That will motivate them!

Do not let them go until they ask you to leave them alone!
Cause Some people need more time. Give them that, but keep in touch!

Eventually you will see that 'sleepers' can become your biggest EA's.
