Yes, it definitely does! Having said that, I am not sure of your question. Why and how would you approach prospective ECAs from other countries/regions? Thru your downline?

Fine, in that case as in any other business you need to complete that very important basic step, RESEARCH.

* You need to decide on your target audience.
* For this you need to find out the demographics of the country/region.
* A basic requirement would be the need and affordability of the product

Hello Emma,

Let me share my experience with you. I am very new to SFI. Just over 2 months. I got my first PSA recently. This person does not speak good English. I speak his language. Since then I have been on FB, WhatsApp and telephone with him. He is a slow learner. I need to repeat most of the stuff to him. Further, he uses an internet cafe in the small town he lives in to communicate. We are from India.

Sometimes, I feel I am overwhelmed. So what do I do? Do I give up on

What's the biggest turn-off that I should avoid talking about to prospects for SFI?

A difficult question that!

Human beings being fallible (capable of making a mistake), we have to very careful here. What is a turn-off for one may not be a turn-off for another. It is therefore imperative that we gauge the prospect accurately. The best way here would be to listen. At the beginning, you could ask him some basic questions to explore his likes and dis-likes, get to know about his expectations in life, his attitude to family, his willingness to put in a bit of extra effort,

Hello Nkwekiti,

I can understand your apprehension. What you need to ask yourself first is "Why did I join SFI". Your expectations from SFI will be reinforced if you figure out these reasons.
All of us join to make money. But do we give ourselves a time-frame to realize our dream? Nothing is obtained overnight. If you joined SFI to become an overnight sensation, forget it. Do not invest anymore in SFI. SFI is huge global family of like minded individuals out to support each

Why it is difficult to convince your PSAs and CSAs to work the business despite all its advantages?

Cheer up Manohar...

This is my take on your question:

1) We cannot club PSAs and CSAs together. The are two entirely different products, if I may call them that.

2) PSAs have to be further classified into Personally Acquired and Obtained (bought in PriceBender/SOs). Personally acquired PSAs are controllable. In that most often we are responsible in them signing up. So here we need to be careful and know their expectations before signing them up. Whereas those obtained

What I do:

1) I have downloaded my Genealogy List
2) Sorted according to country.
3) Input the time differential.
4) Created Groups in gmail country-wise.
5) Send according to time of Affiliate country.

Suggestion:

With the new gmail InBox, one can schedule the send later feature per one's requirement.

Remember, you need to do the above steps only once. Then it is only a matter of adding on new sign-ups.

Best Wishes

What would be a better goal and why? Sponsor hundreds of new PSAs every year or teach a smaller number of EAs to each develop EAs themselves?

My limited experience at SFI against my accomplished experience in analysis necessitates a basic look into human thought.

Its fine sponsoring 100s of PSAs. But do you have it in you to boost the morale and keep each of them feel exclusive. Are you upto allocating time to each of them. Team Mails are fine and hunky-dory, but will they serve your purpose? That is the question. It is not an easy job to keep track of the pathway of each PSA. Unless, unless, one has a foolproof system in place

What should I work on to build my SFI business when I can't access the SFI Affiliate Center?

Adversity brings out the best in individuals. As the saying goes "When the going gets tough the tough get going".

It may seem like blindness. But the fact is that accessibility never stopped the Romans! Although the Affiliate Center is the fulcrum, the basic foresight requires an Affiliate to plan for adversity. One needs to download all the tools required to one's computer or upload to the cloud. Basically, all the required tools need to be independent of "Mama".

Which helps my SFI business the most...playing Eager Zebra games or bidding on Pricebenders auctions?

When one is new to SFI playing EZ games is advisable. Low cost, Low gains. Keeps the adrenalin flowing smoothly. Pricebender Auctions is another realm altogether. It requires a lot of analysis and foresight. It needs a lot of concentration and commitment in the ongoing bids. One needs to check out the current bidders, research the antecedents of such products one is bidding for and most important it needs a sense of acute touch!

I would any day go for Pricebender Auctions.
