1,if you want them to be serious,you need to be serious first.You can contact them on facebook,twitter,email or here,and develop a team.You need to talk first and ask them their goal.If they know you can be a good leader,they can be serious

2,you need to show them the good prospects of SFI and Tripleclick,there's almost nobody want to stand in a company without enough benefit,low trust,low reward,high bill payment and difficult to develop.You need to explain to them this business is not just free and trusted,you need to tell them even they do part time business they still can make it

3,You need to contact them more when they are beginer,talk to them and help them to finish their daily work and become at least a EA in the first three month.Leave them some time to keep learning and doing .This business needs patience,management and communication,if you don't do this part,they will gone quickly
