The simple answer is "learn to accept No for an answer".
The reason that you do not approach people face to face is, you would get hurt if rejected. But, once you learn to accept that you may be rejected, this hesitation will reduce.
Most of us want things to go as we want. But that is not always possible.
Like, you buy a share of a company expecting the prize to go up. But that may not happen. You should not regret the decision.
So shed the hesitation, and move forward. Nothing is better than TRYING.

The most important of the contents that you write should be about the Success you achieved or anyone of your A2A friends achieved. For example, if you are aprticipating in Games, having fun and receiving prizes write about them.
Secondly, you could talk about the Downline affiliates and how good they have been performing. Please encourage the Downline to keep up the good work they do.
Thirdly, write about what plans you have, what incentives you propose & contests that you are contemplating. This will give you Feed back from the downline.

How I can encourage my downline members to purchase from TripleClicks?

You may encourage your downline to purchase from Tripleclicks only those items which they may be using regularly. That is only those items which they use, and they will be purchasing anyway from other sources. And Downline must be encouraged to purchase TripleClicks products only when it is necessary to meet the Points requirements to Move up in membership rank.

To ensure that your CSAs and PSAs are receiving your email messages you need to make sure that your CSAs and PSAs have completed whitelisting
[email protected]. In addition you must also get them to whitelist your ( Sponsor / Cosponsor) email id as well. At every opportunity try to communicate with them through your personal email to make sure that your PSAs & CSAs are reading your email messages

I recommend PSA Mailers & CSA mailers to your down line affiliates. You need to concentrate on Affiliates who are not logging in daily. Stress the importance of Scoring daily points.
I send out emails to my PSAs & CSAs -something like this
I notice that you are not logging in Daily. You lose your daily points.
Don't forget to Score Daily Points. Chance to score minimum 25 points daily. Visit Red tabs daily. Earn 1 VP for each. Read Launch Pad lesson score 15 points.
Please make it a habit to score daily points. You will get chance to participate in the daily draw & chance to WIN FREE PRIZES.

How much time a day, approximately, do I need to invest in SFI to build a profitable business?

I would say minimum of 1 hour.
First and foremost is to Score Daily points you will need about 15 minutes
Second, to communicate to your down line about half an hour. This is to review the performance of of CSAs & PSAs and to help them move forward.
Third to understand the progress you have made.
But I would suggest that you spend as much time as possible to learn SFI & Triple clicks.
Play Games, Bid in auction and generally have fun.
