Should the way you approach prospective ECAs vary by country/region?

The answer is "NO"; you should not treat or approach prospective ECAs differently by region or country except there is a way that business is treated differently in their country in terms of respect or buying / selling. But generally, business should be treated the same except for the language. If you are able to help in the language area or able to use the language translator, do it. I hope this helps?.

How to explain to new affiliates the value of becoming a Fast-Track member?

I think the benefits of becoming a fast track member already explain itself through the "SFI website". Its a lot of benefits that saves you time, energy and money; you can as well just explain it to them like that, plus its alredy written on this website like that. Some people just need somebody to remind them or reassure them that.

You can determine before hand the good place to advertise by researching - "trying and
error", that's what it's called. When we try it, that's when we know and determine
which works, works best and which doesn't work at all. That is called researching.
Also, SFI- does a great job in researching for us in determining how best to advertise our business. It helps determine which places are best to advertise; also, reading the articles lets you know that. They may also give
