How do I come up with good content for my weekly newsletters to my team?

to get some great content for your newsletters, its very important that you get all new information going on on SFI within the week.
for this you'll need to read often in the forum and figure out, what could help your downline! then you will just need to collect all that information and put it into your next good newsletter! you can also ask your upline if they have some good advices for you!
Which is best for me to participate in...W3 or S-Builder Co-op?

With the S-Builder Co-op you can increase your PSA's on a monthly basis, and the W3 Membership is an additional program which will cost you $1,95 for getting a decal for your car shipped.

Which helps my SFI business the most...playing Eager Zebra games or bidding on Pricebenders auctions?

Hi,
there are different ways and possibilities on both sides.
if you play eager zebra games for Tcredits you can earn up to 200 VP per month. you will have the chance to win a lot of prices with 200 paid games, beside the mass of free games, and you can also get double mrp on some games, which you can again use to get more VP and TC.
the other way is to bid on pricebenders auctions. there you can get up to 500 VP per month for paid bids. there are also some auctions with double mrp.
In my opinion, the pricebenders auctions are not that profitable for the used TC as the games. and the games are much more fun ;-)
auctions are often lost and thats not as good for your motivation, than an almost won game. or not? ;-)

Is it worth it to keep sending supportive emails to PSAs and CSAs who have 0 VP and been inactive for weeks or months?

i think it's worth sending them at least a weekly newsletter through the geneology team mailer!
Why not? - If they are already not using it, maybe you can catch them with your weekly newsletter,
even after months of inactivity!
So use this possibility of sending mails to all your PSA and CSA for maybe getting their attention to let
you help them grow their business too! It's very less weekly work for a portion of luck to become some new movers!

What would be a better goal and why? Sponsor hundreds of new PSAs every year or teach a smaller number of EAs to each develop EAs themselves?

I would not advice you to do the first way by just ettting as much PSA as possible, if they are not active, they will not bring you in any money. so the better way is to grow a small but very active team of affiliates to make the full duplication process with you and starting their own duplications. you need to teach them good, so they can do the same with their new PSA!
