If somebody asks you today why invest in SFI online job you must give some reasons why you decided to venture into it and not any other affiliate program or whatever any other business.
SFI has many advantages over any other similar business.
To list just but a few SFI is:
1. Free to join and you can do most of the things for free and when you need to use money you do it by choice.
2.you can do your business from the comfort of your comp, tab or smartphone and this is from anywhere as long as you have some internet connectivity. you don't need to avail yourself in person to anybody.
3. It's compensation plan is just awesome, its so generous than none or very few similar businesses can offer.
4. One can create a huge network that can help his/her business thrive as you can sponsor affiliates from any corner of the world, this is contrary to some offline businesses or even some affiliate programs that have area coverage restrictions.
5.SFI is tested and has a vast experience in affiliate programs, you get a peace of mind knowing you are working with a legit company.
This are some of the many reasons as to why you should invest in SFI.

You can motivate your downline to spend money monthly to maintain EA by just being straight forward and make them understand that you must spend to earn, nothing good comes out of nothing.
Always try to be a good example by spending because this will manifest through your badges which are visible by anybody.

List all the benefits and make them understand that being a fast-track will entitle them numerous advantages over the other affiliates who joined the program in the same period.
Let them know that it's a special chance granted by the program to be like a gift for them after joining this amazing program and therefore letting such a chance to bypass them will be a great miss.

To sponsor serious affiliates you just need to tell your prospects this things which may change their perception towards SFI:
1. Tell them SFI is not a game or a hobby, they will be required to treat it as a business just like any other serious business out there.
2. tell them some affiliates who took SFI serious and worked on it are living their dream life.
3. let them know that SFI has been into existence for close to 2 decades and it's a debt free company, millions of commissions are paid to its affiliates yearly.
4. Tell them SFI has been tested and its one of the best if not the best in the world, it has affiliates all over the world hence the much needed trust.
5. Tell them SFI is free to join and you can start earning by doing free simple actions, you spend when you feel like.
this are some of the many good things which you can tell your prospects and make them be serious when they join your team at SFI.

I think some of the best methods of the recruiting new affiliates via social media include:
1. send a direct message to the people you know very well and start a conversation with them, this will be a very effective method because they know you as their friend.
2. post on famous pages which you like as this can bring you potential prospects in the case where you have given your contacts or a gateway.
3. if you have a good number of friends or followers you can post on your timeline and people get curious about it, turn them into affiliates if they show a lot of interest in the program.
there are so many methods but I have chosen to list this few which are major and proven , I hope they will help you rise to greater heights.

Many people become inactive because of few common reasons:
1.they become overwhelmed by the info because the website is very rich with so many info which can confuse newcomers.
2.they think SFI is a get rich quick system where you can earn money for doing nothing.
3.some are very lazy and they can't read and familiarize themselves with the system, they expect somebody to read for them.
4. many think it's a scam just like any other that they may have encountered in the past.
5.there are other people who join out of curiosity and after seeing what happens they have no business with continuing with SFI.

MRPs are very important in our SFI businesses in the sense that they really do help a lot, one can use them as a mean of payment when making a purchase at tripleclicks.
One may find it difficult to complete an order due to some circumstances with their usual mean of payment but if they have some MRPs accumulated and are accepted as a payment option in that particular item then they can use them to buy it, its the major way to get the most out MRP

I think it is important for team members to take leadership roles because of this simple reasons.
1. once you develop some leaders in your team they will ease your job and they can help provide quality support to your down lines.
2. you get assured that at some points when you are tied somewhere and you can't get enough time to attend to your chores as a leader you have a some representatives somewhere doing it for you.
3.having team members take leadership roles helps earn some good commission as this are people who have found joy in their businesses and you don't expect them to quit SFI soon, this is how.
once in process of finding quality content that they will use to help their down lines they will explore the website extensively and find how rich the website is with valuable information which they can use to build to their very own. this is contrary to being just an affiliate because such a person will find it unnecessary to explore the website much, you know he's not under any pressure.

In my opinion I think it's better to use a few but catchy words that will leave your target prospect curious and wanting to know more about your add.
when you load to much info in a single ad the target customer may find it cumbersome to read all the details and find sense in it, you know how many people have bad experience in affiliate programs and when you over decorate your add with all this sweet words they may feel it's a trap.
so next time you are making an advert try to exercise what I have stated and you will see improved results, just provide links and your customers will be able to visit them themselves and make sense out of them.
