My answer is yes. We can only point our new Affiliates to the same information we have access to. There has been many occasions when new Affiliates showed expressions of dependency by making statement similar to not being helpful for them, and help from a friend has helped them more.

We live in a society of dependent citizens who think they are entitled to certain privileged efforts from us just because we are listed as leaders. "Your my sponsor do it for me!"

Volunteering to help is great, but while helping place that new Affiliate in the drivers seat. Allow them to take hold of the wheel, and direct them in the direction we want them to steer. They will feel much more dignity and pride along with self confidence when they make the course on their own.

They will never blame us for the mistakes they learn from, and no one can take away that pride of self from them.

At first we may feel as our sponsors are not helping, but how much reall effort have we put in ourselves. As the Founder, Gery states, "We all can do this on our own if we follow those instructions given.

Sometimes we all must turn back to the "Basics" and review the "Rules of Success" to stay on top.

Very good question.

I would attempt to avoid this situation as much as possible. First reason being because there will be necessary enough time allotted to properly train these Affiliates once they join.

Secondly, I can't imagine why anyone would deliberately promote this SFI business to those who are inexperienced.

Third reason being, promoting ads that do not express the importance of the person having experience before joining SFI is not practical.

Our ads should express upfront desires we expect in each of our new Affiliates.

Example:
Seeking self-motivated individuals who can commit to at least 4-8 hours online daily. Must have computer or Smartphone, and be versatile communicating online and offline.

We want to get those who will most likely meet our expectations for success.

Once we do gain these Affiliates desired this SFI Training system set in place will help us direct these individuals to these valuable resources available to us.

In this case none of us were experienced with the SFI marketing concepts when we first came aboard as new Affiliates. This is one situation all of us have experienced, so I can see no reason to stress over those with no experience unless we are not targeting experienced persons who can navigate efficiently and effectively online, and also communicate in this same manner offline.

The only time we have to concern ourselves with this type situation is when we select a random source to seek out these individuals for us. That is when we may find ourselves being delivered less than experienced Affiliates.

This is a question I have asked myself.

Where would I go?

After I think about this question, another question comes to mind. Where am I likely to find those seniors I wish to target.

The first answer will be senior forums. This is a very good source, but I would caution you to make sure you are opening up lines of communication here, and not just blatantly slinging links out all over the forum.

Another place is Google search. There are several keywords we can enter in the search window that can open up many more ideas. Use the Google image search. This usually helps us pinpoint or identify our targeted markets with much more ease.

Discussion groups geared more toward seniors is also another source for seeking seniors.

What about retirement? Many question will surface under this heading. How many places can you think of off the top that would produce great sources for leads.

One I can think of right away is social media fan page (Facebook)where we have the ability to target a select group.

It all depends on what you have in investment resources, time and money, where you decide to target your market, and what types of seniors you wish to target.

What are you comfortable with?

I would definitely start with Google search.

What a great question!

That is a very good situation to be in, and you are very lucky!

Here is the problem; many times we have new Affiliates who join our teams stating they do not have the time, and the tasks are too many to accomplish every day.

This should give you some idea of the danger you face in a situation where one has no time, but has plenty of money to invest back into the business. This person must learn just as we all do. Money alone will not educate anyone. It takes time to learn how to teach new members the SFI system and help them become comfortable with it.

What will you do if your Affiliate with so much money does not know how to coach or train the new Affiliates assigned to them? You will have to do it for them.

I have a person like this who decided to wait for me to send out the welcomes,and other tips and encouragement for them because they were too lazy to do it themselves. I know how tiresome this can be.

This will not be fair to you, but if you are really seriously wanting to be successful you will do it, and in turn let your lazy Affiliate know they do not deserve any new members if then new Affiliates are wiser than they are, or they have more knowledge of the SFI business because all that lazy person can do is make purchases at the TripleClicks store.

We will call this person a customer until this person takes on the initiative to make time to learn the business like every other serious minded person will do.

When the next award of PSAs through the Co-Op arrives, be sure to leave the person out, and remind that person how they could be earning income if they could qualify as a Team Member or Leader.

Make sure you post your PSA awards to your "Stream" and Leadership page. Ask your rich customer to check it out, and get back to you. Use this as an opportunity to share with your customer what they are missing.

This is what I would continue to do; work with those workers, and realize the spenders as customers only.

One sure way to obtain maximum support is to reply to all messages, letters, and email.

Many of us are experiencing difficulties we can avoid. Our biggest hindrance to up line support is lack of response. I'm very sure this is an issue we all face. We have 500 Affiliates, and only 2 or 3 keep in touch with us.

Sponsors also depend on the support of their team members. It is not just a one-way street. Finding a response or reply in our email from one of our team members is also very much appreciated. This is encouraging for any Sponsor to experience, even if the response is only a mere; "I have received and read this email.", at least a sponsor realizes communication lines are still open.

Regular communication with our Sponsors will also stimulate our sponsors to go further up the line on our behalf in search for answers to our questions, or even to share our suggestions.

Maximum support is necessary in both directions if success is what we desire.

You question is in need of referencing.

Are you wanting to know about buyers or sellers?

This must be understood first; are we wanting to advertise to an audience of customers who want to purchase products and services, or are we wanting to seek merchants who have products and services for sell.

Once we separate our audiences we then have some idea where to look for them.

Where do you think would be the best place to seek and target certain audiences will depend largely on demographics, geographic, tariffs, laws, cultures and many other conditions that apply to marketing this SFI business with TripleClicks.

If you are wanting to sell products for other ECA members, many of those conditions can be avoided, just as if you are wanting to share with others how to sell products for other ECA members. On the other hand, if you are seeking to locate Merchants those merchants will be responsible to heed and follow the conditions listed above.

Attraction marketing is nothing more than being in the right places at the right time with the right products and services to offer your selected audiences.

Facebook does most of the work for us. We can set our targeted audiences there; for example, by age, such as young people using smartphones, and get somewhere around 31 million users with smartphones, and also determine which level of income will be subject to make an actual purchase out of 31 million young people while following up with the statistics and analytic charts which track our audience response rates for us.

I would place any social media platform, blog, or website that has built in software that will provide feedback and analysis for the users to be the best way to determining how to attract new members. We just need to know initially whether we are seeking buyers or sellers before we select our audiences.

Google search is the best place to start. The more we realize the audiences we seek the better we become with the use of keywords and keyword phrases. This practice will also help seek the markets and appropriate audiences to advertise and promote TripleClicks products and services.

Just keep fueling the fire!

The best way to boost momentum is direct communication with individual Affiliates.

It is not easy to gain this from new members, so we have to continue to stress the importance of constant contact using the many assets provided by SFI at our Affiliate Center.
Here we find the "Stream", CSA, PSA, and genealogy group mailers. Reminding our team members of this importance through these options will be best.

Maybe selecting a theme for referencing the groups will help them by providing a means of identity for your group will help them feel as they belong to an important group. Getting them to respond early is best when sending the "Welcome!" At the initial welcome we can make it clear to them we need them to contact us immediately, and leave them our email address in our signature. Let them know those who do act on our suggestion to include us by befriending us on Facebook, and Skype.

They may not all have created these two accounts, and if so, they will realize it as an important option to include us by creating them. Most of the more serious Affiliates will take this initiative on their own. Do not get discouraged. Just continue on with the enrollment of more Affiliates, and wait for those slacking to get involved.

If we are using all of the many options communicating with our groups, we must rest assured we are doing what it takes, and work with those who continue to keep in frequent contact with us. Eventually we will have developed the amount of Affiliates to be successful with our SFI/TripleClicks business opportunity.

If we are greedy we will come across as being greedy.

It is not easy to hide this fact as your focus will be only on how to get more. You have to just be honest from the beginning. I think if we change our focus from making more, to helping more we will not seem greedy, why try convincing one we are not greedy? is my question.

This attempt takes us away from the reality of the business concept entirely. No one joins SFI to convince anyone they are not greedy. Most join because they finally found something they truely believe in enough to share with others.

Once we have ourselves convinced we have discovered a way to earn income from home online we have a true story to share. Just stating the facts about SFI, and asking the right questions from the start will tend to lead us to those we prefer.

I think by taking the time to develop a relationship is the best approach to enrolling new persons. This will give us the opportunity to share at some point in our conversations.

I prefer the direct approach in a timely manner.

Something like:

I'm earning an income online and have not had to invest any money before I joined.

I started earning income within 2 months, and was surprised to see my earnings begin to grow, and I had not sold any product, or asked to spend any money at all.

Now that I realize income can be earned online without investing anything but time, it is a good feeling knowing I can earn more if I invested more.

I do not mention anything about points or credits when sharing one on one unless they ask how did I get paid.

This is when I let them know if they are not seriously interested there is no need to go over it, but the SFI company does a very good job explaining the business to those who join and many are successful business owners.

I just made up my mind to treat this just like it would be if I was working a traditional job putting in 8 hours for someone else. I sometimes put in well over 8 hours a day, but this is my choice, and I also enjoy what I'm doing.

After sharing passion for doing this business, this may open up another door, if not, let it go. If the answer is a "Yes!"

I put the right questions:

Are you really seriously interested in earning income from home?

If so; "Do you have 4 to 8 hours to spend online while learning how promoting products and gain customers?

Usually those 2 questions will help weed out those we do not desire.

We will waste more time, and wander off focus if we attempt to prove what is not in existence.

What we want is seriously determined individuals who display a real interested trait.

Just keeping our focus on building stronger teams will be sufficient.

There is something we must keep in mind when promoting the SFI business both offline and online. The question which will keep us from wasting our time is;

1) "Are you looking for something to do online with your computer or smartphone that will help supplement your income?"

2) "Do you find yourself with a lot of extra time, and nothing to do?"

3) "If you were sure about making extra money online would you be interested?"

4) "How much extra time do you have when you which you could find something profitable or valuable to do?"

5) Do you think you could spend time everyday logging in and doing simple tasks daily without missing any days on your own without a boss?

6) "How many hours do you think you could put in on a daily basis?"

7) Can you tell me anything that might get in your way, or anything you are not equipped with that you would need to help you do this business online and offline?

These are questions that many do not focus on when promoting the SFI/TrpleClicks business. Asking questions of this sort will help us all pinpoint, or separate the serious from the tire-kickers.

Another fact we must hold in mind is most people think all they have to do is join, and get a website, and customers will come to their website and make purchases. It is not certain to them regarding how much effort advertising online, and marketing business products and services takes much effort.

Explaining these facts early on will help eliminate this problem with inactivity. We must take the time to express this very well, and in some cases if offline invite our prospective customer over, or have them go with us to a meeting, or canvasing mission in the neighborhood a few times.

These tactics will keep us from making wrong choices, because if a person is really serious they will be there with you every time they are invited.

Another issue we fail to recognize is our own determination and persistence is not going to be mirrored by most. Our longing to become successful must not supersede reality.

Not taking the time building stronger relationships is mostly the cause of this problem. This is also the reason we will likely have weaker teams.

Relationship building is the best option to effectively communicate the business opportunity, and only when the interest level of our future customer is at a level of trust and confidence of the offer, and our ability to win them over honestly.

It takes longer, and much more time is necessary to properly build up this level of confidence and trust in our prospective customers.

Understanding this will keep us from wasting time, and also teach us to pace ourselves while making determinations for selecting our new team members.
